Executive Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role serves as a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
- Monitor and organize email communications and follow-up items
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Take meeting notes and track action items to completion
- Maintain electronic files and document management systems
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate vendors, events, and administrative logistics
- Develop processes, workflows, and organizational systems
- Provide confidential executive and administrative support
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Recent experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience utilizing technology, automation, or AI tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
- $85,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Full-time, hybrid schedule
